This is effective as of the March 2009 new restriction list. I purchased this deck here on Amazon for my son. He played it a few times with friends and likes it a lot.However, two of the cards in the deck have been put on the restricted list, so they are not legal to play anymore.My kid said he was able to actually replace the two with others from his stash of cards and make the deck better, so perhaps that is what you might also do.Just be warned.

Basically, when used by it self, this deck is awesome. Even though it's tempting to take apart this deck, it works best as a whole, when you actually read the seemingly 'useless' deck strategy sheet. The Rise of the Dragon Lords stucture deck was the best deck Iv'e ever played with. One of the main reasons I got it was for the Morphing Jar and Horus the Black Flame Dragon, but noobs, PLEASE DO NOT SEPEATE THE 'GOOD' CARDS FROM THE 'BAD' CARDS.
I have fun with this purchase at least twice a week so its something that won't go to waist. I am card collector and the yugio trading card game is a fun pass time that I enjoy withy little brother and cusins. The deck is a dragon type and I assimilated it with my existing dragon deck.
